Rian Johnson appeared on the Lionsgate panel to talk about his upcoming movie Knives Out which is currently in post production. When asked what he would be working on following this film Johnson replied that he “would be returning to a galaxy far far away”.

We have next to no information about what Rian Johnson is working on other than it is a trilogy. With Star Wars Celebration coming up most would think we would get some more information but with Johnson stating he has not started any real production on this project I do not expect to hear anything. We may get a tease as to what the story will cover but outside of that I would be surprised if we got anymore information.
